As far as we can remember homework has always gone hand-and-hand with school but does research show that this really helps students? In Alfie Kohn's book
The Homework Myth he points out that no study has ever found a correlation between homework and academic achievement. Kinos School in Arizona believes giving students homework cuts into students social time and creative activity which causes stress and in return creates a negative feeling toward school for students.
